It is possible to create a title page without using the built-in Title Page editor (which follows the standard screenplay title page format).

Go to Document > Page Numbers > Page Numbering and change Start numbering from to 0. Uncheck Show on first page.

Now you can edit the first page of your document however you'd like the title page to appear, and your screenplay itself will begin on the second page (numbered page 1).
