If you're having difficulty printing directly to your printer, one workaround is to try the following:
Output to PDF using either File > Create PDF or File > Print and a PDF "printer" driver (on Windows/Linux) or the system PDF generator (on OS X).
Then print from that PDF file using the system PDF viewer, Adobe Reader, etc.
