The best way to export from Fade In to Microsoft Word is via Rich Text Format (RTF).
Fade In will export to RTF using File > Export > Rich Text Format (RTF).
You can then import the resulting RTF file into Microsoft Word (or many other word processors).
It will retain most of standard screenplay formatting. Depending on the format/template you're using and any customizations, more or less cleanup of the imported RTF document may be necessary.
